This is an amazing wine, although a bit young but offering a degree of complexity and sweet spicy figs
Earthy, spicy fragrant aroma. Elegant acid is delicious, Surely the Pinot Noir of David Duband. Paired with Poitrine de Canaerd.
This one was not bad at all! Got it from Paris for a Vivino meetup and was pretty impressed. Complex with a lot of fruits cherry, strawberry, and medium acidity. Pretty refreshing with some notes of oak and vanilla too. A wine that will probably age well. A bit short on the finish though but still a great wine.

Medium nose with the typical PN notes of red fruits, but with a “green touch” of forest and mint. Very nice. Wine is dry and with high acidity and in the taste cones also the tertiary notes with toast and oak. A very good wine.
Good red drank at Noble Rot with pork chop. Could do with some food a little more rich but the earthy aromas hit me straight away, damp soil, cherry jam, strawberry and bay leaf. Palate is subtle, a little leather appears with tannins already settled at this age. Don’t actually think it has much further to go, acidity quite mellow. Would not really look to drink again at this price.
